Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

    We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Bank Account, etc.) within [5-10] business days.

     

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or store credit based on your preference.

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
